Performing regularly in the Greater San Diego Area, I also offer individual instruction at Bertrand’s Music (San Diego Location – Rancho Peñasquitos). Please contact me for more information about lessons or performances.

As a woodwind specialist, I offer custom lessons tailored towards protégés studying the following disciplines:

Some venues I have performed at include the San Diego Civic Theater – Beautiful: The Carole King Musical National Tour Reed 2 (2016), San Diego Civic Theater – Motown the Musical National Tour Reed 3 (2015), The Old Globe Theater – Kiss Me Kate Reed 4 (2015), La Jolla Playhouse – Chasing the Song Reed 2 (2014), La Jolla Playhouse – Jesus Christ Superstar Reed 1 (2011), Balboa Theater – Classics 4 Kids – Duke Ellington’s Nutcracker Suite Reed 2 (2008). Along with wonderful venues, I have had the chance to perform with with Jay Mason, Rusty Higgins, Alex Isles, Bill Watrous, Jeff “Skunk” Baxter, Pete Chrstlieb, Abraham Laboreil Sr., John Reilly, Tim Nunnink, Brad Steinwehe, and many others. A special thanks to John Reilly for refacing all of my single-reed mouthpieces. Current music projects include the Left Coast Trio and Quintet, San Diego Concert Jazz Band and the JazzKatz Orchestra.

Degree certifications include a Bachelor of Music from San Diego State University (San Diego, CA USA) with an emphasis in Jazz Studies and multi-woodwinds.
